The Village West area, which is home to Kansas Speedway, along with a number of retail, dining and entertainment options, hosts over 10 million visitors each year and continues to promote economic growth for the state of Kansas. Kansas Speedway will host two NASCAR Sprint Cup Series weekends in 2015, May 8-9 and Oct. 16-18. Defending NASCAR Sprint Cup Series winners are Jeff Gordon (May) and Joey Logano (October).
